About the role
PHI is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our APAC Commercial and Business Development team. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the aviation industry’s commercial operations and develop skills that will prepare you for future management roles.
Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial and Business Development – APAC, you will provide administrative and coordination support across a range of business development activities, including tender preparation, customer meetings, and strategic projects.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide administrative support to the VP and department personnel.
- Assist in collating and organising data for tender responses.
- Prepare and coordinate documents for commercial and business development activities.
- Attend internal and external meetings to observe, take minutes, and learn.
- Maintain organised records and assist with periodic reporting.
- Participate in departmental initiatives and projects.
- Develop understanding of PHI’s commercial processes and strategies.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- To be a recent graduate or final-year student in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Professional demeanour and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to travel when required by the business.
